We are located at 1133 Wayzata Blvd East, Wayzata, MN.
Can I fill out intake forms before my first appointment? 
Yes! You will receive an email with patient portal log-in information once your appointment is fully booked!
Do you have an app?
We do. General information, scheduling and touchless payment options are a few of the available features on our app (both in the Google Play store and Apple App store).
Do you have doctors on staff? 
Our owners are both physicians and available on site the majority of the time.
Do you offer follow-up consultations? 
Consultations are always welcome, as we believe in taking the time each patient needs to make a decision about their treatment plan.
Can I book my appointment online? 
Some appointments can be booked online or on our app. Due to the individualized treatment plans, many of our advanced procedures must be booked in person or through direct communication with our staff.
What if I'm not sure which treatment I want/need? 
We are happy to help you determine what is the best treatment available for your concerns, desired outcome and budget.
Do you provide financing options for any of your procedures? 
Third party financing options are available through CareCredit. Information and applications are available on the CareCredit website.
