Appointment Cancellation Policy

We at Vively Body Science understand that life happens and schedules can change. We kindly request any reschedules or cancellations to be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Given that such changes can adversely affect our schedule, if you have more than two changes (or no-shows) with less than 24 hr notice we will request a $50 deposit towards service to secure future scheduled appointments. Walk-in’s will always be welcome.

CoolSculpting and advanced laser procedures will require a 20% (up to a maximum of $500) deposit at the time of scheduling to be applied towards the cost of the procedure. If cancelled greater than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, this is fully refundable. If less than 48 hours notice is given, it will be maintained as a credit on your account towards rescheduling of the same or for different procedures.

We pride ourselves in our customizable, individually compounded IV infusions. We do not batch or store our IV’s once they are made. If you have previously filled out the appropriate health history/consent forms and would like to have your IV ready at the time of your arrival, we can take payment at the time of booking. If you prefer, we will compound your IV while you wait after your arrival and take payment at that time.

Skincare Product Return Policy

Vively Body Science offers medical grade skincare products that are scientifically backed. When your skincare product is purchased after a consultation and at the recommendation of one of our providers, we stand behind that purchase and will refund your cost if you are unsatisfied with that product for up to 30 days after purchase. We will replace any product that is defective at the time of purchase if you notify us within 2 weeks of purchase.
