We focus on the idea that living is less about your actual lifespan, and introduce you to the concept of health span; that creating health and wellness throughout your life is a better measure of success. Meet the Vively Team

Dr. Laurel Martini is a graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing a General Surgery Residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, a Level-1 Trauma Center in the Bronx, she completed an additional Trauma and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. While utilizing her skills in emergency medicine and urgent care facilities for the last twenty years, Dr. Martini recognized the downstream impact of environmental stressors and lifestyle choices that predispose our bodies to injury and chronic illness. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Dr. Martini brings a wealth of medical and surgical knowledge and expertise to Vively Body Science.

Dr. Joshua Martini is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School. After completing an Anesthesiology Residency at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, he has worked within the Twin Cities for almost twenty years. While completing an MBA at the University of St. Thomas, Laurel approached him with her idea for Vively Body Science, and this formed the basis for his final Capstone project. Dr. Martini has a particular interest in physiology, blood management, and infusion therapy.

Vively Body Science recognizes that, like our overall healthcare system, the current state of health and wellness is fragmented. With a lack of integration, focus on longevity over quality, and approaches that do not emphasize sustainability, it’s no wonder that our overall health is on the decline.
